Ningbo Hong-steel Co.,Ltd, located in Ningbo, China, is composed of Wuxi Service Center and Ningbo cold and hot rolled steel plant. It mainly sells stainless steel metal materials in various production areas (brands), such as processing and distribution, R & D and innovation. It ensures the timely supply of raw materials and reduces the procurement cost. For each batch of stainless steel materials purchased, we will strictly inspect the chemical composition to ensure that they meet the national standards. At present, the company's main domestic brands are Ningbo Baoxin, Zhangjiagang POSCO, Fujian Fuxin, Fujian Yongjin, Shanxi Taigang, Qingshan iron and steel, etc.

For each batch of orders, our quality management system will run through thewhole process. Each team has corresponding quality management objectivesto reduce theunqualified rate of products. We require that each process must becarried out in full accordance with the operation instructions and productprocess cards. After completion, we must first complete the self inspectionto prevent the circulation of nonconforming products. In the process of precision casting, the temperature, pressure and time in the process of wax injection, drying, melting and casting must be strictly controlled and recorded.

We require 100% full inspection for warehousing products, mainly including whether the size is qualified, whether the thread is qualified, whether there are burrs and flash, whether there are sand holes and slag inclusions, whether there are shrinkage, cold shut and other defects, and whether the surface treatment is qualified. Spot check the chemical elements of products of various shapes. The qualified rate of warehoused products must reach 100%.

We will choose the safest and economic packaging method according to different modes of transportation. The packaging shall not be damaged or the products shall not be damaged due to violent collision. The product must arrive at the place designated by the customer safely and intact. We can also provide more reliable packaging and transportation services according to customers' specific requirements.
